美国布朗大学孙守恒教授受邀到访交流

2024614日,应高原交汇区水资源安全与水环境保护教育部重点实验室、甘肃省生物电化学与环境分析重点实验室的邀请,美国布朗大学孙守恒教授来重点实验室交流并作学术报告,报告由实验室陈晶副主任主持,学院和重点实验室相师生参加了报告会。孙守恒教授以“Intermetallic nanoparticles: their synthesis and enhanced electrocatalysis”为主题,分享了关于金属纳米颗粒的相关研究成果。


报告摘要Intermetallic nanoparticles (NPs) are a class of transition metal-based alloy NPs within which metal atoms are bonded via strong d-orbital interaction in a specific crystallographic direction. Compared to the common metallic alloy NPs with solid solution structure, intermetallic NPs are generally more stable against chemical oxidation and etching, making them an ideal choice as catalysts in corrosive reaction systems.This talk focuses on monodisperse intermetallic L10-structured MPt NPs, especially Pt-, Pd-, and Au-based L10-NPs, as robust catalysts for electrochemical reduction and oxidation reactions.


报告人简介

孙守恒,美国布朗大学化学学院终身教授,南京大学讲座教授。先后在NatureScience, J.Am.Chem.Soc., Adv.Mater., Nano Lett., Angew.Chem.Int.Ed., PNAS等著名期刊上发表论文近200篇,拥有20项专利,并多次应邀在国际会议上做报告。2011年入选全球顶尖一百化学家名人堂榜单并位列第31名。现担任Nano LettersNano TodayScience of Advanced MaterialsNano Research等国际知名杂志的编委,并获得多项国际任职和奖励荣誉。
